This project has reminded of my love for music! It is my greatest love … Next to grrls… I love music, but not near as much as my grrls. Ugh. A big part of this project is talking about our first concerts and stories about music in our life. My first concert was in 1988 with my grrlfriend at the time. We went to see INXS at the Shoreline Amphitheater in No-Cal during their famous KICK Tour.
It was an awesome show on every level. My grrlfriend loved Michael Hutchence and he did not disappoint. The band was on top of the world with the success of their CD KICK. They played ALL the hits Devil Inside, What you Need, Never Tear Us Apart and Need You Tonight. We screamed and danced the night away. My grrlfriend went crazy all night long. Afterwards, we got high and played the CD while we fucked our brains out. Ahhhhh, the good old days.
